I am going to look at a Spanish li150S with someone but not sure what to look for with the frame and engine numbers. Any help, please.

Buzz is the specialist but one thing is true the numbers should match unless the engine has been swapped.

All the Spanish frame number have dashes not stars, before, between and at the end of the frame number. Numbers are not as neat as Italian.
Perry Lewis is the expert on Spanish frame numbers and can be contacted on here under "Totally"...I think!

Thanks for those replies. Also I have just seen some photos of it and it as the slim style front mudguard and horn casting, is this normal Spanish specials?

Yes, they only ever used an LI front end on their S3's. Well, with the exception of the Lince, that is.

That's a very diplomatic statement - the numbers on my 65 LIS 150 looked like someone had used a sledgehammer to hit the punches. :D
