Fitting Legshields?

Refitting leg-shields to my S3 Special...do the 4 deep nuts go on the outer runners? If not, where do they go pls? Thx

I think the four deep nuts you mention are used to secure the outside of the rear foot boards, not the leg shields.

Try the nuts on the moulded-in bolts in the outer plastic runners in the pack of floor runners. See if the nuts fit.

I guess that makes more sense as they'd make removing the rear boards easier than using the small nuts

I believe they are for the front outer legshield plastic strips. They should have a slot in them so as to be able to use a screwdriver in the confined space.
