Series 1 Stand Question

Morning everyone,

I've got a Series 1 which I'm about to start recommissioning. I've found a small bracket for the stand which appears to have come off the floor crossmember (see pic).
Could one of you knowledgeable people tell me if it was welded on and if so, was it spot welded?
Or, were there studs attached to it which go through the crossmember and fit to the plate the other side?

There are two small bolts at the bottom, and two small bolts at the top... No Welds

The peice thats hanging down is spot welded to the cross member.The back bracket is fastened at the bottom with two nuts and bolts,its fastened at the top by two nuts and bolts which go through the cross member.
