Can anyone tell me the screw size/type for rear light lens and for the light switch?
Would like to order a few sets of generic fixing rather than 2 individual screws from a dealer.

What model and what particular rear light unit?
For Series 3 switches they're M3 x 20mm DIN 964. I believe, but not 100% certain, that LI Series 1 and 2 are the same, M3 DIN 964, but 25mm in length.
Rear light lenses ultimately depend on manufacturer and model. Series 3 (and late Series 2) CEV and Aprilia are proprietary M3.5 x 45mm round head. Series 3 Carello, AFAIK, are M4 x 25mm DIN 7985a. Series 1 (and early - mid Series 2), I believe (but happy to be corrected!) some are M3 x 30mm DIN 84, and others are proprietary round head, similar to Series 3 CEV and Aprilia.
