Have an li150..rt 195..had a shit chain on it.. Rolon.. 80 link.. Bought a new iwis chain 80 link.. Doesn't fit..have a 46 x 16.. Do I get a bigger chain. Or a smaller front sprocket.. 15?

15 will shorten ya gearing a tad but is the cheaper option here
Try it, I’ve got a 15 sprocket you can have.., just cover postage m8

You can use 16x46 and a 81 link chain with a pull down chain tensioner.

If you bought the chain from a good dealer and explain your problem I'm sure they would change it for you

Bought a 15 sprocket... From. Local fella. Its in post... Had the chain a while.. It was a shite rolon chain on scooter..2 chain shells broke off I noticed when changing oil.. I'm. Not too fussed about losing any top speed etc.. I'm a more leisurely driver these days.. Cheers folks
