Speedo light power?

Hi.
Where do I get power from to feed my speedo lamp?
S2 12 volt

Speedo bulb feeds off the black from the rear light

You probably know that the earth is via the speedo cable itself & it's good practice to add a conventional earth wire in addition to avoid flickering.
