Rear rack/Spare wheel carrier **SOLD**

This was on my Serveta when I purchased it last week, I am going to buy and fit an inside legshield spare wheel holder. I have no idea what makes this one is or what it is worth, all I know it is solid, be grateful if anyone has an idea of it's origin or worth, thanks.

That looks quite a decent rear rack. I'm not familiar with the design, could be commercial or homemade?
Either way i would expect it to fetch upwards of £50, P&P could be a deal breaker.
