Piston to bore clearance

Trying to find the tapping noise on a new Casa 80cc kit on my Lui , what should the clearance be in thousands of an inch ?

Clearance between bore and cylinder should be approx 2 - 2.5 thou or 0.0508mm - 0.0635mm
