SIP Cables

The throttle and gear cables do not fit into the outer cable guides in an Italian GP headset!

Do they not fit by much? No doubt you are aware that by carefully opening up the slot in the cable housing via a screwdriver flat blade, the holes can be widened….

Will Vespa top hats fit the cable outers?
Have you measured the SIP cable ends against another set? If so, is the diameter much thicker?

After much messing about, slightly rimming out the inner stock and gently widening it, I’ve managed to squeeze them. What a carry on.
