Spanish S2 Rear footboard with Franspeed Problem

Unless I'm missing something, I cannot seem to fit the mag side rear runner without cutting most of the lower concave piece off, as it won't sit between the flywheel cowl & the Franny downpipe. The pipe sweeps quite high & you could just about get a Rizzla paper between it & the cowl. Anyone had a similar issue?

Yes he does a series 2 super tourer I have just fitted one , good fit but still had to trim the end of the rear foot board

Toddy It's the Franny Tourer/road. BTW It's not the kickstart side, I've already trimmed that down as per usual, it's the mag side. All last year I was running without rear runners & the Avanti performs really well with this pipe. I guess it's a case of continue without the boards, cut 'em both down, or change the pipe. Does your Super Tourer allow you to fit yours?

Yes it's fine on the mag side. With good clearance bit better than a jl3 I had on my gp that was tight like yours only on the mag though not on the footboard , i thought that had been improved on the franny though ?
