Inboard Front Disc Brakes

Is Scoot RS the only manufacturer of complete front inboard disc brakes?
Is the one they do an exact copy of the original Innocenti one, or have they made some modifications/modern technological improvements?
Looking at their site it seems there are some cheap copies (of the RS inboard disc) out there, but I don't know if these are complete disc brakes or just parts. Does anyone know the answer to these questions? Can anyone help me find out? Thanks.

I believe there are others remaking them as well in Italy and perhaps elsewhere, try Cambridge Lambretta.
