Cylinder head lock down?

What's your prefered nut, washer combination for bolting down cylinder heads, long nuts ,flat washers , spring washers or wavey washers etc any thread locker etc? Thanx Lammer205

Personally I prefer flat washers and longer nuts to ensure socket doesn't slip off as nut goes deeper into the recess. Sort of makes you feel more confident.

Longer MB studs and long nuts (cover more stud thread) blue loctite and flat washers
