Halogen bulbs

Do they make halogen bulbs with a bosch fitting with a higher value than 35w?

Yes.
BA20d Bosch type Halogen replacement bulbs. These are 20MM in dia. with pressed out parallel pins. They are available in 6/12V 25/25W & 6/12V 35/35W and 12V 60/55W.
I'm sure if you search the auction internet sites you will find what you are looking for.
I came across this site which has details on all types of bulbs. I have no connection with the site.
