When this was on the go last time lammydave sent me a sample of his paint and the nearest match I could find was Peugeot Caribbean Blue.

Below are photos of the paint samples, followed by an original paint GP and below that 2 photos of a GP painted in the Peugeot colour. Both scooters belong to members, but unfortunately I cannot remember their names (sorry). Hope this helps.

Thanks Trev, I recall a couple of those pictures from before the Fall.

I think the colour in my last pic looks very like the Carribean Blue, so I'm going to run with it for now unless someone comes up with something better.

One thing I found with this is that it's very hard to to get a picture that gives a true reflection of what the colour actually looks like in proper light and it never looks just right on a screen anyway.

Yes, this the one.

Looks like a good project that, interesting to see what looks like a lighter blue primer or undercoat on the horncast. My panels also appear to have a lighter blue here and there, might be traces of original paint after all.

Also nice to see the ink spot on that as that's what I wanted on mine.
