Hi Guys,
Just had my registration paperwork back from the DVLA, after only just week! So well done them (and with no insurance). So a quick question, is it necessary to have a number plate on the front as well as the back? What's the standard plate size for a Lambretta ("B" plate) and any recommendations where to get a classic looking one? Many thanks. Alex

It's not law to have a front number plate
registered on or after 1 September 2001 must only display a number plate at the rear of the vehicle.
If you ride a motorbike or motor tricycle registered before 1 September 2001 you can also display a number plate at the front, but you don’t have to.
Motorcycle and motor tricycle number plate numbers should be on 2 lines.
I prefer a front number plate as it would have had one originally
http://www.tippersvintageplates.co.uk/p ... ent&part=6I use these people as they do the correct size and font for a 60's machine unlike most
Again my preference
