I have owned a defunct Scitsu rev-counter for some time & it’s just sitting there, worthless. It has never worked because the previous owner must have had it to bits & attempted repairs.
Because it had been some time before I tried it, & I lost the seller’s details, I sent it to Scitsu for appraisal.
That’s how come I know it’s ‘worthless’ because they said so. Please don’t advise me to send it back to them because they were so helpful in your own experience. I’m sure that’s true for some, but they’re not on my Christmas card list....
Now, we all must like a challenge as we ride Lambrettas.
My questions are these:
Does anybody know the internal wiring circuit through having had one apart?
Does anybody know how to change them so they run off the 12v DC of a road Lambretta?
Linked in with the last question, running from the bike battery must get rid of the jack plug, but has anybody managed to get theirs to light up with an additional lamp?
ANY MEANINGFUL SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOMED.
