BGM regulators

Postby Nobby » Tue Oct 27, 2015 10:54 am

Anyone using one for any amount of time without issues??, I want to get one because of the small size but the 2 people I know who have bought them both have packed up after only a few 100 miles!!, just wondered if they have been unlucky or these bgm regs are just plain crap/pointless ...

I've had a BGM stator, BGM cdi and BGM regulator (AF mid-weight flywheel) on my Avanti, several thousand miles without issue.

Will use the same configuration on the next engine build

I've not used one of these yet but have been told they are the same as used on all sorts of plastic scooters but at a cheaper price. I know absolutely nothing about these things so don't hold me to it
