Having just put 140 miles or so on my Jet I thought I would give her a once over to check for loose nut & bolts ETC and found that my under panel tool box had rubbed a load of paint of the rear wheel. Now I thought I had wound the spring tight enough so as to be very stiff, I wound the spring in to shorten it with a hope of stiffening it. well that my question should this have stiffened it up ? It an Atomic spring, as far as I am aware these guys make the springs that everybody else put there mark on. ( Ooops)
Cheers Shane.

.
Note I have also extended the spring since I took this photo' and cut the rear foot board.

Be careful if your under panel box is rubbing in your hub.
I have seen a hub go where one of them was rubbing.
