Gp200 just recently rebuilt after seizing big end bearing on crank.standard setup but with 30mm delorto.did about 600 miles before seize without problems.recently did 160 miles and ran ok but now won't start.got good spark,have strobed timing and thoroughly cleaned carb.did manage to start it a couple of times but it died straight away.not quite sure where to go with it,coil maybe but there is a good spark,any ideas fellas.cheers

Visible blue sparks sometimes disappear when under load. Try CDI change.
Measure resistance values of stator.
Check float operation to ensure fuel delivery.
Check fuel cap breather.
Pull fuel pipe off and check that it flows.
Petrol, Ignition, Compression.

It was the cdi,put a spare one on that I had and she's like new,thanks for the advice Chris,much appreciated

plug cap i use the rubber ones, had trouble with hard plastic ones rattling and going bad,
