hi-have a horncast with all threads having bolts sheared off--is there any way out of this or do i just throw away --jimmna

A competent engineer will be able to remove those broken fasteners.

If that’s not you, we all tend to know an enthusiast that is capable of restoring the threads.

If there any threads proud try welding nuts to them, then heat the stem around the bolts and gently try to unscrew.

drill out slowly and carefully with a good quality left hand thread drill small bit (with a drill capable of running in reverse). Just takes time and effort.
