In my experience, no.
Remember that all the grease nipples were removed on later variants in order to save production costs. First those on the cables, and then the fork links and from the brake cams. Therefore, Innocenti must have deemed them unnecessary. Perhaps you need to ask yourself whether it is necessary to grease the nipples even though they exist.

I recently stripped 2 imports down both early ones with nipples. The front hubs were packed full of grease through over use of the grease gun. At least the fork links and springs were like new though
