Has anyone ever tried to fit one of these to a GP rather than LI etc?

Can it be done without an unreasonable amount of fettling?

The toolbox is shaped for an LI/SX -I bought one for my GP and ended up putting it on our 125 special instead.

I don't think there's enough 'meat' at the spine cut out to cut it further to fit the GP.

I have ordered a Shaun Burns PX style legshield toolbox instead. Shall we say, significantly cheaper.

Basically, I am after somewhere to fit my Pitsch Krober to as it has spent too many years stuck in a box.

Just so you know, Dean has informed me today that RLC are making a twin toolbox for the GP leg shield shape so please contact him for more details.
I wish I'd waited rather than fitting a Nannuci copy now, as the twin box looks so lovely on our special, it's a thing of beauty.
