Anybody got any idea where I can obtain a wheel rim stud from for an Indian rim. Unforntunately I have one stripped on my SIL Gp150 ( that is the stud that holds the rim halves together) Scooter restorations are out of stock.

Was hoping to avoid welding if possible. However, I will have a look at Allstyles as a fall back contingency should an alternative not be identified. Jono

Hi I got some from Gary at Allstyles, you can get away without welding them, you can edge pot them as long as you do them up tight no problem

Just use an ordinary bolt the same size and thread,then put a nyloc nut on and tighten with spanners.
