horncast badge

How is the horncast badge on a gp removed. I know on the li they just prise of but on my gp it is rattling and doesn't seem to want to come of and I don't want to prise it and break it. Cheers Stephen.

Usually it's held on behind with a couple of plastic push on caps as standard but it is / was fairly common to find a blob of araldite or similar holding them on.

You don't need to remove the badge to get the horncast off. Take it off and see what's behind it.

There is a new one on ebay, has a nut and washer on the back; so it has vibrated loose. : )
