I have had an upgrade from 125 to 175 with a cast iron barrel and the cyl head cowl now fouls the carbureter, does anyone know of a cowl that will fit or is it a case of altering the existing one which will require some cutting.

I would suggest that a 175 cowling should go straight on as the engine cases should be the same, not sure if the mag cowling will also need changing.

just grind a bit off the cowling until it clears the manifold.
