Cuts out

Mine went on reserve on the way back from Kelso yesterday, after Peebles, limped into Biggar and it only took 5.79 litres but I now have a fair idea that I can get at least 18 miles on reserve if I nurse it along.

I think a lot of those fast flow taps are notorious for going on reserve early.

Rode 15 miles times x2 ways today seemed fine on way back spluttered about a bit thought oh fuck then used the old foot on to reserve and seemed ok pulled in to station put 5-75 litres in at 3% fully Simfetic ok after that was that right to be on reserve with 2 litres left in tank ?? So still need to give it a longer run to see if she cuts out fingers crossed

Your scooter is only doing just over 5 miles per litre,if you've 2 litres on reserve,thats just over 10 miles.

Seemed to be ok with the stator but to be sure changed it to a rt 235 kit 26 mm dellorto open runs lovely
