Thank you , not an Xc60 wrong rear lights and you have to cut the rear panel half way up the lamp/quarter panel but good guess it is a 2016 car tho and it's been out roughly 3 years

Hmmm.

The IRS looks very current, rather than twisted beam & I can’t quite decide whether it may have drive to the rear wheels.

I was therefore thinking Jaguar, Mercedes et cetera.

Go on. I’ll say Toyota.

Do I win a prize?

Great fit on your body panels. I think a lot of Lambrettas have a gap at the bottom of the front mudguard ( mine included ), but mine is a remade mudguard and although I am a mechanic, I don't really have the bodywork skills to correct it. I've made it fit as best as I can. Be careful when you fit the side panels. A small gap between the bottom edge and the rear footboard is o/k for air circulation and to stop the panels rubbing on the footboard. I also put two pieces of rubber under the bridge piece so that when you tighten it down, the bottom edges of the bridge piece don't contact the paint on the leg shields / foot boards. Keep the pictures of your restoration coming. It's proving to be a really nice job.

Great bodywork skills there, so much nicer to see it all done in steel rather than some so called restorations which include a bucket of body filler. Ref the body gaps, my TV1 panelwork is 100% new old stock Innocenti but even so before painting on the dry fit there were still minor little gaps here and there but you'll find once the body gaskets/beading are fitted and its all tightened together any small gaps disappear.
