I'd be interested to know which ones you have used. I have some in mine which are bright but the light isn't focused and the light is dread but doesn't project very far.

If its a Pathfinder you will not find anything better than the Lucas bulb The filament is focused to give the best beam possible. I have ended up modifying a Cree projector lens type to mine Its bright but does not give a beam anything like the old lamp. It is however only 3 or 4 w and is a better colour match to the HID headlight that gives all the light I need. The filament lamp looked so yellow it looked like a candle. Just fitted some of these to my mates modded up christmas tree

EBIDX%3AITThey are H3 fitting and give a good light with crees pointing backwards onto the reflector as well as a condenser central light.Not what I would call a beam as such but far better than the old multi point SMD ones. No reason why a mod scooter cannot have all the lights working with Cree LEDS
