Carb for TV175

What's the best car for a standard TV175?
This is an early one and I've heard they aren't the best. Will be used with an air box and a scootopia clubman.

I thought these ran 20mm carbs?

Series 1, 2 or 3? Series 3 definitely had a 20mm SH1/20. If I was building up a bike and I wanted to keep it semi standard I’d be inclined to go with a Scootopia 22mm on a GP 150 manifold through a standard air box. 25mm Delortos work well but I’ve always had to open up the standard air box but I’d also be inclined to try the MB big flow airbox.
