Rear Rack ID?

I'm wondering if anyone can advise what type of rear rack this is?

Seen other photos of the same (or incredibly similar) racks on other German Market scooters. Was curious if others had ever seen one...

The rack looks V similar to a Spanish Madrid rack I’m not sure these were made for a series 2 though.

Looks like a Heath Robinson special marketed by Bodgem and Scarper Ltd.
