Hi Stag,
No it's not and you won't get many replies from this as there is not much info' about.
From my records it is a 1962 API LI150 Series 2 frame No, BUT, it must have 150LI API before it. The records are a bit thin and it is not an exact science and I would have to see it to be sure.
