series 2 150cc kickstart
Posted: Mon Apr 01, 2019 3:46 pmI replaced a damaged 1st gear because the kick mechanism had chipped teeth, re-shimmed the layshafi and replaced the kickstart piston which has suffered being chipped off twice now. What should i be looking at as the cause? I have set the plunger not to protrude when the kick start is on its stop pad.
