Technical help for Series one, two and three Lambrettas. Models include the Li, Li Special, TV, SX, GP, Serveta and API/SIL models

I'd like to make an indented toolbox door for an inline wheel carrier. Would a series 1 or 2 inner front mudguard originally have been used? Anyone know of any instructions on how to do it? I know a well known company supplies them, just want to try and replicate a 60's one myself.
Thanks.

As you say. K2 customs make them £60. Mine was 2 half’s wielded together for the dent. But at that price is it worth the time and hassle to make your own?

I bought one from Keith at K2 Customs but it didn't fit properly, probably more due to my scooter, so got a mate who's handy with a welder to modify my existing door. Keith does make great stuff though and custom made my oil can holder amongst other things.
