I dropped my GP on the way back from Lincoln on Sunday badly bending the tin work. Has anyone used the repair service offered by Carole Nash? Is it worth the hassle?
TIA

Did not know they offered one, what alternatives do they offer?

It was offered when I asked about claiming on my Insurance. They assess the damage etc and repair if it is worthwhile.
No alternative was offered by the chap on the phone.
My Question is based on my fear that if they think it is not repairable they will write the scooter off.

Their website looks more like a claim management company than a vehicle repair company, who will just tout the work to the lowest bidder.

As above. Whilst they advertise the repair business they are also claims management. Get the repairs sorted yourself. Claim management companies often take part of the insurance claim. Not sure of the extent of your damage but tinware is often repairable and replaceable if you're not too fussy

Thanks for the information so far, I just wondered what the pros and cons were of this.
