SIL GP 200 (1984) Black Brake Levers

Is this normal?

Painted black brake levers on the above............can't find any reference on any site? and every pic I have looked at show polished aluminium unpainted, same for the choke and petrol tap, they too are black...

All GP200 would come with black plastic choke and petrol tap handles, the levers would normally be aluminium. Probably replaced due to breakage or someone just painted them for effect.

This GP has done 39 miles from new ......so I think your right... painted for effect

I thinks SIL indicator model GP200 had powder coated black levers as std
