So, I purchased an Italian import Gp a while back in a sorry state. Stripped it down to bin most of it. This week I thought to myself get the engine stripped down. Off with wheel. Oh. Only four nuts. Interesting I thought to myself. Bit of a closer look and low and behold. Four nuts at rear. Closer inspection. So presumably the tube was put in wrong way round so instead of taking it out fitted wheel on with rim nuts facing engine so valve would face out. Never stop learning do we

Impossible, there supposed to have four nuts and the rim nuts are supposed to fit the same way as the hub nuts.If the rim nuts are the wrong way around,if I were you I would check each hub because they may have been brocken with the rim nuts. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1960-lambret ... Sws11dvU5K

. Honest it's true. I just thought it was hilarious. The numb nut has obviously put tube in with valve facing inwards so couldn't be bothered to take it out so just put wheel on with nuts at back of rim and valve facing right way albeit the valve in the back of the rim. Ingenious these Italians You know
