LI headset has bit of play

Hi All,
My 1963 LI headset has bit of play I am thinking of overhauling what parts do i have to order to overhaul it all.

The parts Might be Fine it may just be the Forks Need Tightening up ?

Had this problem a little while ago, turned out the three bolts holding my steering clamp to my headset bottom had come loose, I just replaced them with fresh nyloc nuts and all good. Paul

I had a Jet a couple of weeks ago with the same problem.
