First short ride, how's my plug colour

Evening all,

Just been out on my first short ride of S3 Li125 with a mugello, only did 5 miles as I wanted to stay local incase of any problems. Local speed limit is almost all 20mph so only got into 3rd a couple of time doing around 30mph.

The setup is

Mugello 186
PHBH 28
Clubman

All from Mike Pheonix and he pre-setup of the carb for my spec. Here's the plug, it's a B8

I know it was a very short journey so probably not the best to judge....

Looks light to me but I wouldn't call it white.....

Yes did a leak test when I built it, was all good.

I did think it looked a little light

Probably best doing a "full" plug chop, marking the throttle at 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, etc and see where the lean spot is.

Forgot to mention it's running a Ramair filter too. Just looking at the paperwork Mike Pheonix supplied with the carb details

B8 to cold for running in, B7 would be my choice until doing carriageway/ Motorway riding.
I think plug colour looks fine

You need to do proper plug chops to get honest readings. There are plenty of online tutorials, such as this one. All you need is a few spark plugs, a hacksaw or a Dremel with a cutting disc, vernier calipers and a vice. Alternatively, fit a wideband UEGO sensor to read your AFR, or take it to your local 2 stroke dyno operator.
