I need to fit the 2 kickstart bushings in a new chaincase cover. Is there any special way to do this so I don't damage anything. I would appreciate any advice.
Thank you.

Just use something that has the same diameter as the bush & slowly tap them evenly in, you could apply a little heat if needed. Good luck

If you are lucky, you can find something of the correct diameter and length and then use this as a drift and squeeze them gently in using a vice.
Mind you, a bit of heat and some precision tapping with a soft hammer usually does the trick

Thank you, I heated it and used a socket to tap them in, they went in pretty easily.
