I need to replace an early version BGM on a S2 with a 186 mugello and 26mm PHBH.
I'm thinking of trying the Scootopia 42mm clubman, anyone got experience of these? Would you recommend?

Cheers Steve

Very good exhausts and they fit without the fettling that comes with many other makes.

Great pipe and value for the money. Finding a dealer who has them in stock is the problem :(

I've never had a scootopia on the dyno, but I did with an ancillotti which it is copied from. I changed the ancillotti to a bgm clubman, but notably, also went from 25phbl to 30phbh at the same time, so not a direct comparison. Power went from 9.5bhp to 13bhp. Lost a little bottom end and felt slightly more top-endy, as if it were a very low end expansion.

The scootopia is a 42mm header and the bgm 48mm. Larger headers tend to work better at higher rpms, all things being equal.

Get one. I doubt you'll regret it.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback.
Largely very positive and I have bought one off their Ebay shop.
Should be here tomorrow I hope.
Will also have the BGM repaired, only the baffle plate come away but always nice to get something new.

Picked up the scootopia pipe Friday.
First impressions prior to fitting, feels a little lightweight, particularly compared to the BGM pipes, paint finish not great (will blow over with VHT paint) welding around manifold stub not good, possibly even porous, so a friend is going to grind it back and reweld. On the plus side it comes with everything there to fit it (gasket, spring puller etc) which not all pipes do.
Hopefully it will fit well and performance will be decent enough.
