Stainless is not really my kind of thing, but I am enquiring for a friend (honest).

If he was to replace the head cowling and fan cowling with stainless items, is there a supplier of decent s/s parts, or are they all made out of metal the thickness of coke cans?

If ya have deep pockets there's always the carbon fibre route.

Carbon is not tarty-enough for this guy. He is easily impressed by bling.

Good quality cowls and good quality chrome.

If looked after should last years.
