Want to put a inside legshield spare wheel holder on, but the one I have mostly seen are the ones for the Horncast screws & top Mudguard screws, trouble is I can't find the horncast screw location as it's been filled in by previous owner, is there a way to find them without damaging too much of the paintwork.

Lol I thought this was an introduction to a new porn film.
I would use the rack to help pinpoint the holes. I can see one in your picture. Why were they filled though and how are you going to get the horncast repaired if the holes have been filled to keep horncast in place due to poor threads.

I much prefer the hook over type at the top with screw fittings for either the bottom horn cast screws or the top mudguard screws. Both types are available.

They maybe more obvious from the other side. I wouldn't rely on the rack as I've never found one that doesn't need bending to fit. I'm more curious as to why they've been filled, but us Lambretta bodges do some strange things in the heat of the moment lol

Just realised what Scooter it is doh! If it originally had a fibreglass horn cast it wouldn't have bottom fixings but there should still be the pressing marks
