Does anyone know what diameter Inner and outer sizes a disc brake cable Should be

I thought you'd have your answer by now, but 2.5 mm springs to mind. If I get the chance, I'll check what I have today.

The thing is, even the best we can get 'off the shelf could almost certainly be improved, but when I contacted UK Bowden cable manufacturers, they declined politely.

As a Club, the knowledge of reliable sources for the most important cable on any scooter, would be invaluable IMHO.

You may be aware that some manufacturers offer kits for DIY construction. Food for thought?

Yes 2.5 is out there from Bgm(BGM6409FB) part number.
I’ve used one before going down into an Oiltek remote slave unit for my inboard disc.
