Technical help for Series one, two and three Lambrettas. Models include the Li, Li Special, TV, SX, GP, Serveta and API/SIL models

Am I right in assuming an original GP ducati 6v 6 pole stator plate will have a wider diameter hole in the centre than a late 6v 6 pole SX stator to accomodate the beefier GP crankshaft?
If so, does anyone know the internal hole diameter in each of the two stators? The spare one I have seems to be 28.7mm and I'm not sure if it's late SX or GP.
Also, does anyone know if a GP stator can be used on a late SX?
Finally, which points are best for a late SX - most dealers seem to sell EFFE (made in Italy)?
Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

Series 3 stators typically had 28mm holes through the middle.
GP's had 32mm holes.

Thanks for the info. The one I have must be a Series 3, which is what I was hoping.
