i have just stripped down a SIL 150 motor..

i was surprised not to see a bearing collar on the crankshaft, on further inspection there was a standard 6305 caged roller bearing in the mag housing..

is this a thing? or (as i suspect) a dodgy rebuild?

a typical Eastern re-build where they can't source a mag brg,
