I have two torque wrenches at present 3/8"sq & 1/2"sq drive that cover all the higher torque settings needed for a Lambretta ,Im looking for a 1/4" sq drive to cover the lower settings, any recommendations please.

With a 3/8th & 1/2" - you should be covered anyway.
For anything below that you should be able to guage with your hand - it just needs to be tight - not swinging off a 5' extention bar tight.
