GP Rear Brake Cable Routing

Should the rear brake cable run up and over the engine mount or inside it and closer to the cylinder cowl?

It should route along the cowl and along the top of the engine, not over the engine mounts and In as straight a line as possible and don't forget to use the clip by the cable adjusted block.
