Dyno carb set up near West London/Surrey?

I'm fitting a 28 PHBH and a BGM V4 to my RT195 and don't have the patience to set it up using plug chops etc and tbh, I'd sooner get it set up by someone who really knows what they are doing. So can anyone recommend where I can take it in the vicinity of West London/Surrey please? I have a van so transport is not a problem. Failing to find somewhere local I was considering taking it up to CamLam. Thanks in advance
