Ideas for Frame Tube Treatments?

Right, a question for the masses...

I note in various respected texts that it mentions, when looking to restore or rebuild a S3, temporarily filling the main frame tube with a rust inhibitor to treat any existing rust and avoid further corrosion. However, it makes no mention of what may be appropriate to use. All well and good, but considering the volume of the frame tube, that's a heck of a lot of something to pour in!

Anyone got any ideas of what can be bought in suitable volume that doesn't cost the earth? I was about to add for a 'one off use', however, I guess that it can then be drained and stored to reuse in the future.

Perhaps a diesel and heavier oil combo could be used.

Any thoughts?

Not attempted this before, however id use a two step process

Step 1 remove any corrosion using this. This stuff doesn't convert rust, but dissolves it to just clean bare metal

Step 2 to prevent any future corrosion use ankor wax to coat the inside
Ive a gallon can of the stuff around here you can use.
