Just in the middle of building an engine, the casing is a Spanish 200, is there anything differant between a Spanish & Italian casing.

Given a choice, I'd use a Spanish casing. Most Spanish stuff is better quality than the Innocenti original.

Depending on the year of the engine the Rear Shock mount may be longer and will potentially need spacing to align the shocker with the mount on the frame (if earlier Spanish or Italian frame).

And there maybe a neutral light switch in the gearbox. Mines just left in without being connected.

A few people who race go for the Spanish casing as they are apparently made better/stronger.

Also the deck height can be slightly different to an Italian casing, when I built my TS1 on a Spanish case I had to have an amount machined off of the face where the cylinder bolts on to, sorry can`t remember how much though.
